Horse Living Quarters Parts

I’m in need of a show name for my fleabitten grey mare, and any one has any good ideas to make her white?
Hi there, i have a 14 yr old fleabitten grey(a white colour with a couple of TINY ginger spots on her, hence the flea bitten part of the name) arab/quarter horse her name is stella…and i am in need of a show name for her, i didnt know whether you usually put their stable name in it or not… :S also if anyone knows ANYTHING at all about getting your white/grey horses gleaming for the shows. at the moment im just using normal horse shampoo then rinsing with some “blue” in the water but shes not coming up as excellent as i need for the show lol. also her tail is red at the bottom because i live in red dirt country…i know not good soil to mix with grey horses lol.
anyway any help will be great, thanks from ash
Farnam white’n'brite is great to whiten up a coat. Another thing you can use, but last I heard you have to buy it at a beauty supply house, is a shampoo called “Shimmer lights”. It’s used to take the yellow out of little old ladies’ hair….and it works pretty well. Lather her up, let it set for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Same with her tail….you can even let it set about 10 minutes on her tail with no bad effects….but rinse well or you could have a blue-purple horse. Once you get her tail good and white, you might want to consider braiding and putting a tail bag on it to keep it clean….
